I decided to join Pure Fitness as I use to work next door and saw the results the members were getting and that’s what I wanted to achieve.

The staff are fantastic – always ready to answer any questions and so supportive of every member and their goals. The equipment and classes are great, and having made friends with a few of the members also makes it more enjoyable. I have kids, so the crèche is also really convenient.

I have now dropped 17kg and feel great! I’m aiming to lose more weight, tone up and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I didn’t realise how good I would feel from losing so much weight.

I would highly recommend Pure Fitness to anyone wanting to lose weight and increase their fitness.

The staff are great and provide so much assistance and support, the gym has a great atmosphere.

I knew friends that trained at Pure Fitness so I decided to join up to get fit and healthy. The people at Pure Fitness are great and the trainers are always willing to help out when it comes to reaching and setting my fitness goals.

I have found a gym that I actually ENJOY going to EVERYDAY! It is just an added bonus now that I get train with friends. Since training with Pure Fitness I have noticed my fitness levels improved dramatically.

I now continue to train to maintain a healthy life style. Everyone at Pure Fitness defiantly helps me achieve this by always keeping me motivated.
I have no regrets signing up to Pure Fitness, and neither will you!

Over the years I really packed on the kilos. I had gone through the gym binges before but never stuck to it.
I signed up to a Pure Fitness 14 day boot camp trial, I thought if I was a part of a group with the same mindset it would encourage me to stick with it.
There are plenty of classes available so there was never any excuses not to make it, and the trainers are all great!
I went from 104kg to 87kg over 6 months. I have now learnt how to make healthy eating and regular exercise a way of life.

If you want to challenge yourself, then sign up to boot camp and set yourself a weight loss goal to work towards. Mix up the classes I love pushing myself in the boxing classes. I attend at least 3 sessions a week and along with the Pure Fitness eating plan and I have never felt better!

I decided to join boot camp to help me get back into shape and also help me achieve my goal in terms so losing weight, it was just a matter of finding the right one that could be effective in its training.

I Really didn’t have a specific gym in mind to start off with, pretty much did some research on different gyms and came across the weight loss results and transformations from people who worked out at Pure Fitness, and was really inspired and impressed by the transformation results showed. So I thought I’d give it go.

The things I most enjoy about the session would defiantly be the members who we train together with, amazing people!! My hat defiantly goes off to the Trainers (RJ and Mark). Phenomenal guys, just in terms their experience and the training that they have in-store for us each day and also freeing up their time to answer questions.

The support I’ve received from these guys has been truly amazing.I have been very happy with being able

My next goal is to get to 100kg and then put on 10kg of lean muscle.

Aimy SchembriI decided to join Pure Fitness, like a lot of people I wasn’t happy with how I looked, I had started to gain some weight and lacked confidence. I had a few friends that trained their already and said they really enjoyed training there. It really helps to have friends there to train with and keep me motivated.

When I first started I had never trained at a gym before and was apprehensive and a little self-conscious. Very quickly I became comfortable training with Pure Fitness. I especially enjoy boot camps everyone helps to motivate and push each other and the trainers and the classes are accommodating to everyone.

I have not only lost 12kg but I am happier and fitter than I have ever been. My Body has changed and I am more happy and confident with my everyday life because of it.

I am so glad I got off my butt and joined the Pure Fitness! If you are serious about wanting to lose weight or get fit don’t put it off!  The time will pass and you’ll stay the same. The trainers at Pure Fitness provide great support and create classes that push you and get results.

I was not happy with myself I was unhealthy and had gained a lot of weight. I hated having to do things like get dressed up and go out.

2.Why did you choose Pure Fitness?

So I could train with my sister who was already having weightloss success and a member of Pure Fitness.

3.What are the things you most enjoy about training here?

The people, the trainers and variety.  RJ and Mark create an environment where training isn’t a chore each and every session is different and pushes me. I have also created relationships with the people I train with, training with friends makes those tough sessions bearable and they help motivate me and hold me accountable.

4.What has been your biggest achievements since you have being training with us?

I have lost 22kg which was over a quarter of my body weight when I started.

I am the happiest, healthiest and fittest I have ever been.

5.What are your future health and fitness goals?

I am no longer focused on the number on the scale. I am now hoping to build lean muscle and tone.

6.What personal interests do you have away from fitness i.e. family, sports and hobbies?

I play netball and spend a lot of time with my family and friends.

7.What would you say to anyone thinking about joining Pure Fitness?

Go see RJ and do it joining the gym and signing up to Boot camp is the best decision I have ever made.

I have two young kids and realised that I needed to take better care of myself for my family.
I had previously trained with RJ and seen how dedicated he is to fitness and his clients so it was a no-brainer to join Pure Fitness.

Pure Fitness has a friendly atmosphere and expert trainers. The kids love the crèche which made training a lot easier.

My biggest achievement to come from Pure Fitness aside from the weight loss is being fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been at 40.
If you have a goal don’t think twice about joining Pure Fitness just DO IT! They make everyone feel welcome no matter what your fitness level is.

Being active has had an impact on my life and family. I am able to keep up with my kids and they want to lead a healthy and active lifestyle too.

I have always been into sport and relatively fit but never went to the gym. A few years after finishing high school I had gained a fair bit of weight and was living a pretty unhealthy lifestyle. My partner and close friend who was a regular at the gym encouraged me to go and join the gym.

Why did you choose Pure Fitness?

Mark my partner had not long started working as a Personal Trainer at Pure Fitness.  I also had an exercise partner in my friend Jen who was already a member of Pure Fitness.

What are the things you most enjoy about training here?

More than anything it comes down to the people. The atmosphere created by the trainers at Pure Fitness is great, they accommodate all fitness levels whether it’s in a boxing class, or Boot camp I never felt uncomfortable they are always encouraging and motivate you.  Also the relationships I have created with the people I train with help push me and hold me accountable if I miss a session or two J

What has been your biggest achievements since you have being training with us?

Since Joining Pure Fitness I have lost 17kg. I have changed my lifestyle and have helped my sister and best friend do the same.  More than anything I’m proud of the fact that my hard work encouraged others to get up and train too!

What are your future health and fitness goals?

I am at a stage were the number on the scale isn’t a driving factor for me anymore I just want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continually set new training goals.

This year I want to attempt a half marathon with some other Pure Fitness Members that we go running with.

What personal interests do you have away from fitness i.e. family, sports and hobbies?

I would watch pretty much any sport, and I also love to read books. If I’m not working or working out I spending time with Mark and my family watching sport or socialising with friends.

What would you say to anyone thinking about joining Pure Fitness?

I might be biased but the personal trainers at pure fitness know there stuff.  Whatever your fitness goals are they truly are invested in your progress and want to see you succeed.  I have never been happier with myself and I’m thankful everyday that I decided to join Pure Fitness.

No two sessions are the same so you don’t get bored doing the same thing over & over, great atmosphere & people, lots of motivation & encouragement,

  1. What have been your biggest achievements since you have being training with us?

Winning the 12 week challenge, achieving my weight loss goal.

Maintain my current weight & fitness levels.

  1. What personal interests do you have away from fitness i.e. family, sports and hobbies?

Camping, 4WD, going to the beach, cooking & sport.

  1. What would you say to anyone thinking about joining boot camp?

Definitely do it, it’s not as bad as it sounds, lots of fun with great people and it’s a great way to achieve your fitness goals.

I have been doing these boot camp sessions for a year & a half and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them.  It’s great fun and I have met a lot of great people that I will continue to be friends with for a long time
