No two sessions are the same so you don’t get bored doing the same thing over & over, great atmosphere & people, lots of motivation & encouragement,
- What have been your biggest achievements since you have being training with us?
Winning the 12 week challenge, achieving my weight loss goal.

Maintain my current weight & fitness levels.

Camping, 4WD, going to the beach, cooking & sport.
- What would you say to anyone thinking about joining boot camp?
Definitely do it, it’s not as bad as it sounds, lots of fun with great people and it’s a great way to achieve your fitness goals.

I have been doing these boot camp sessions for a year & a half and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. It’s great fun and I have met a lot of great people that I will continue to be friends with for a long time
