Saw it on facebook, location & time was convenient, you don’t just get boot camp but full gym membership and boxing classes included in the price.

No two sessions are the same so you don’t get bored doing the same thing over & over, great atmosphere & people, lots of motivation & encouragement,

  1. What have been your biggest achievements since you have being training with us?

Winning the 12 week challenge, achieving my weight loss goal.

  1. What are your future health and fitness goals?

Maintain my current weight & fitness levels.

  1. What personal interests do you have away from fitness i.e. family, sports and hobbies?

Camping, 4WD, going to the beach, cooking & sport.

  1. What would you say to anyone thinking about joining boot camp?

Definitely do it, it’s not as bad as it sounds, lots of fun with great people and it’s a great way to achieve your fitness goals.

I have been doing these boot camp sessions for a year & a half and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them.  It’s great fun and I have met a lot of great people that I will continue to be friends with for a long time
