I decided to join boot camp to help me get back into shape and also help me achieve my goal in terms so losing weight, it was just a matter of finding the right one that could be effective in its training.
I Really didn’t have a specific gym in mind to start off with, pretty much did some research on different gyms and came across the weight loss results and transformations from people who worked out at Pure Fitness, and was really inspired and impressed by the transformation results showed. So I thought I’d give it go.
The things I most enjoy about the session would defiantly be the members who we train together with, amazing people!! My hat defiantly goes off to the Trainers (RJ and Mark). Phenomenal guys, just in terms their experience and the training that they have in-store for us each day and also freeing up their time to answer questions.
The support I’ve received from these guys has been truly amazing.I have been very happy with being able
to lose 21kg in 11 weeks and also feel amazing again, I have a lot more confidence and a lot more will power to push myself to extraordinary limits in each training session, which I never had before.
My next goal is to get to 100kg and then put on 10kg of lean muscle.
Boot camp is amazing, give it a go and I guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed.
