Over the years I really packed on the kilos. I had gone through the gym binges before but never stuck to it.
I signed up to a Pure Fitness 14 day boot camp trial, I thought if I was a part of a group with the same mindset it would encourage me to stick with it.
There are plenty of classes available so there was never any excuses not to make it, and the trainers are all great!
I went from 104kg to 87kg over 6 months. I have now learnt how to make healthy eating and regular exercise a way of life.
If you want to challenge yourself, then sign up to boot camp and set yourself a weight loss goal to work towards. Mix up the classes I love pushing myself in the boxing classes. I attend at least 3 sessions a week and along with the Pure Fitness eating plan and I have never felt better!
