Jason Camenzuli – Lost 17kg over 6 months

Over the years I really packed on the kilos. I had gone through the gym binges before but never stuck to it. I signed up to a Pure Fitness 14 day boot camp trial, I thought if I was a part of a group with the same mindset it would encourage me to stick with it. There are plenty of classes available so there was never any excuses not to make it, and the trainers are all great! I went from 104kg to 87kg over 6 months. I have now learnt how to make healthy eating and regular exercise a way of life.
If you want to challenge yourself, then sign up to boot camp and set yourself a weight loss goal to work towards. Mix up the classes I love pushing myself in the boxing classes. I attend at least 3 sessions a week and along with the Pure Fitness eating plan and I have never felt better!

Daniel Tiakirifi – Lost 21kg in 11 Weeks

I decided to join boot camp to help me get back into shape and also help me achieve my goal in terms so losing weight, it was just a matter of finding the right one that could be effective in its training. I Really didn’t have a specific gym in mind to start off with, pretty much did some research on different gyms and came across the weight loss results and transformations from people who worked out at Pure Fitness, and was really inspired and impressed by the transformation results showed. So I thought I’d give it go. The things I most enjoy about the session would defiantly be the members who we train together with, amazing people!! My hat defiantly goes off to the Trainers (RJ and Mark). Phenomenal guys, just in terms their experience and the training that they have in-store for us each day and also freeing up their time to answer questions.
The support I’ve received from these guys has been truly amazing.I have been very happy with being able daniel tia 1to lose 21kg in 11 weeks and also feel amazing again, I have a lot more confidence and a lot more will power to push myself to extraordinary limits in each training session, which I never had before.
My next goal is to get to 100kg and then put on 10kg of lean muscle.
Boot camp is amazing, give it a go and I guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed.

Michelle Cameron – Lost 17kg

I needed to get fit and healthy both physically and mentally. Not liking how I was feeling I signed up to Pure Fitness. The staff were always encouraging and definitely helped me to achieve my goals. I lost 17 kilos and my fitness has improved enormously. I now train with Pure Fitness to keep my weight under control and to maintain my new found fitter and healthier lifestyle.

Aimy Schembri – Lost 12kg

I decided to join Pure Fitness, like a lot of people I wasn’t happy with how I looked, I had started to gain some weight and lacked confidence. I had a few friends that trained their already and said they really enjoyed training there. It really helps to have friends there to train with and keep me motivated. When I first started I had never trained at a gym before and was apprehensive and a little self-conscious. Very quickly I became comfortable training with Pure Fitness. I especially enjoy boot camps everyone helps to motivate and push each other and the trainers and the classes are accommodating to everyone.
I have not only lost 12kg but I am happier and fitter than I have ever been. My Body has changed and I am more happy and confident with my everyday life because of it.
I am so glad I got off my butt and joined the Pure Fitness! If you are serious about wanting to lose weight or get fit don’t put it off! The time will pass and you’ll stay the same. The trainers at Pure Fitness provide great support and create classes that push you and get results.

Richard Nash – Lost 20kg

I have two young kids and realised that I needed to take better care of myself for my family. I had previously trained with RJ and seen how dedicated he is to fitness and his clients so it was a no-brainer to join Pure Fitness.
Pure Fitness has a friendly atmosphere and expert trainers. The kids love the crèche which made training a lot easier.
My biggest achievement to come from Pure Fitness aside from the weight loss is being fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been at 40. If you have a goal don’t think twice about joining Pure Fitness just DO IT! They make everyone feel welcome no matter what your fitness level is.
Being active has had an impact on my life and family. I am able to keep up with my kids and they want to lead a healthy and active lifestyle too.
