Our classes are designed with one thing in mind… for our clients to leave each session with more knowledge then they came in with. Our classes are kept small so know one gets missed.
Legs
In this big 45min session we will hit your quads, hamstrings and calves.

Here we are going to hit chest, shoulders, Back and Arms in big 45min session.

45min of heart pumping cardio, design to build endurance and stamina. You will leave one hot sweety mess!

Glutes & Abs
This is an important class for everyone! and is not to be missed. Strong glutes and core are a must for any program.

Boot Camp
Pure Fitness boot camps are the ultimate group training experience! Our formula of Lift, Move, Sweat, will deliver you the complete high intensity workout! We combine functional strength training, muscular endurance and cardiovascular training.
Regardless of your experience our boot camps are scalable making it the perfect fitness system for everyone!
You are welcome to bring your kids along to this class. Boot Camp is always run outside at Mulgoa Rises fileds.
